Shipping Information
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $75 are subject to a $10.99 flat-rate shipping and handling fee. Note: This fee is $12.99 for orders shipped to AZ, CA, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, and WY.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, please request approval by emailing info@ShopNDPS.com or logging into your account. All returns must be requested within 30 days of the item's shipment date.
Eligibility
We gladly accept unused and unopened merchandise in its original packaging, including all parts and manuals, for a full refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Special order items
- All pool and hot tub chemicals
- Installed pool steps or ladders
- In-ground and above-ground pool liners
- Safety pool covers
- Above-ground pools
- Tarp winter covers that have been removed from their packaging
- Any opened or used items
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. National Discount Pool Supplies is not responsible for re-delivery fees, refusal fees, or fees incurred due to an incorrect customer-provided address.
- Carrier Requirements: Approved returns must be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within the 30-day return window.
- Restocking Fees: Certain items are subject to restocking fees, including Stock Safety Covers ($40 base fee) and Stock Sun-Domes (25% base fee). Additional fees may apply. Items returned outside the 30-day window, or those not in pristine condition, may incur additional restocking fees or be deemed ineligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed to your original method of payment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Order Errors / Visible Damage: If you receive the wrong item, or if the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please take photos, refuse the shipment, and contact us within 24 hours. We will replace your order immediately.
- Defective Items: If the item is defective (but the packaging is intact), please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Do not throw away the box, as it is required for carrier claims.
- Carrier Claims & Packaging Requirements: If a claim needs to be filed for missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must retain all original shipping boxes and packing materials. Carriers require the original packaging for inspection. Failure to keep the original shipping box and materials will void your ability to file a claim and receive a refund or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Shipments
While we are not responsible for lost shipments, we will gladly work with the shipping carrier to investigate and file necessary claims on your behalf. Note: Once an item has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for loss or theft. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. We will assist in filing a carrier claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Modifications: Because we process orders quickly, we cannot modify items in an order once it is placed. We can only update the billing address if it was entered incorrectly.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packaged or shipped.
- Fraud & Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any order. Orders may be canceled if the billing and shipping addresses differ and cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Typographical Errors
We work hard to ensure that all product information and pricing on our website is accurate. However, typographical errors, system glitches, or inaccuracies may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your card has already been charged, we will immediately issue a full refund and reach out to provide assistance if you wish to repurchase the item at the correct price.
Subscription Policy
Subscription Program Select products on our website are available for subscription. Eligible items are clearly marked on their product pages. Subscription availability and pricing are subject to change.
Shipping Rates Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $75.00 are subject to a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $10.99. Orders shipped to Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming are subject to a flat-rate fee of $12.99 for orders under $75.00. Standard delivery is 3–4 business days. We ship via UPS or FedEx at our discretion based on your location and order details.
Subscription Discounts Discounts may be available when you subscribe to eligible products. The discount amount varies by product and is displayed on each product's page at the time of purchase.
Managing Your Subscription You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at nationaldiscountpoolsupplies.com. Please note that once a subscription order has been processed based on your selected delivery frequency, we are unable to cancel or modify that order.
Our Rights National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC reserves the right to cancel any subscription at our discretion and without prior notice.
Gift Card Policy
National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC Gift Cards are the perfect way to give the gift of a sparkling pool or hot tub. Gift cards are available in denominations of $50, $75, $100, $200, and $300 and can be redeemed on any purchase at nationaldiscountpoolsupplies.com.
Delivery
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase. The email will contain a unique gift card code that can be forwarded to a recipient or used by the purchaser.
Redemption
To redeem, enter your gift card code in the gift card/discount field at checkout. The balance will be applied to your order automatically. Gift cards may be used toward any product, including chemicals, liners, pumps, covers, and accessories. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you may pay the remaining amount with another payment method. Multiple gift cards may be applied to a single order.
Checking Your Balance
You can view your remaining gift card balance at checkout after entering your code, using the "Check the balance" link in your email or contact us at info@shopndps.com with your card information and we will verify the balance for you.
Terms & Conditions
- Expiration: Gift card funds are valid for 5 years from the original purchase date.
- Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Not Returnable: Gift cards are not eligible for return or cancellation once purchased.
- Lost or Stolen: National Discount Pool Supplies, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes. Please treat your gift card code like cash.
- No Cash Value: Gift cards have no cash value and may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Fraud: We reserve the right to cancel gift cards obtained through fraudulent means.
