How fast will my cover ship?
These covers are typically in-stock, and ship within 1-3 business days.

Should I choose a Mesh or Solid safety cover?
Mesh Covers: These allow rain and melting snow to drain right through into the pool, so no cover pump is required.
Pro Tip: Not all mesh is the same. A cover with a tighter weave and flatter fibers will block more sunlight (preventing algae) and catch finer debris than a standard open-weave mesh.

Solid Covers: These block 100% of sunlight and debris, keeping the water as clear & clean as possible.
Drainage Options: You can choose a Solid cover with a Mesh Drain Panel (which allows water to pass through automatically) or a fully solid cover that requires a Cover Pump to remove standing water.

I have a wood or paver deck. Can I use these covers?
Yes, but you need different anchors.
The standard covers comes with Concrete Anchors.

How heavy are safety covers?
Safety covers can vary significantly in weight, typically ranging from 30 lbs to over 80 lbs depending on your pool size and material choice. While many standard mesh covers are manageable for one person, we recommend having two people available to help install, remove, and fold the cover—especially if you have a larger pool.

- Non-Standard Shapes: Kidney, Grecian, Lazy-L, or Freeform curves.
- Permanent Obstructions: Rock walls, waterfalls, or fixed slide legs.
- Raised Features: Attached spas, hot tubs, or tiered decking.
- Unique Steps: Oversized steps or steps located in a non-standard position.
- Complex Decking: Planters, diving rocks, or limited deck space (less than 3 feet)
