How does the ordering process work?

Buying a custom liner is a simple 3-step process:

  1. Place Your Order: Select the size closest to your pool and complete the checkout.
  2. Submit Your Measurements: After checkout, you have two options:
    Download Forms: Click here to download our "Liner Measurement Form," fill it out, and email it back to us.
    Send Your Own: If you already have a spec sheet from a previous liner replacement or builder, you can email that directly to us at Quotes@ShopNDPS.com.
  3. Measure & Sign: Fill out the form with your pool’s exact dimensions and email it back to us.
  • Important: Production does not start until we receive your signed measurement form.
How fast will I get my liner?
  • Production Time: Once we have your signed and approved measurements, production typically takes 1–3 business days (depending on the season).
  • Shipping: After production, standard ground shipping usually takes 3–5 business days.

Note: April–June is our busiest season. Beat the rush and order ahead!

What is the difference between 20 Mil and 27 Mil?

20 Mil: The industry standard. It offers excellent durability and flexibility, making it easier to install.

27 Mil: Thicker and heavier. It provides extra protection against punctures (dog claws, energetic kids).

27/20 Mil (Hybrid): The best of both worlds. This option features 27 Mil Walls for extra protection against sun and abrasion, paired with a 20 Mil Floor to keep the liner flexible and easier to install.
What type of bead do I need?

Most inground pools use Standard Bead, but we also support specialty beads:

  • Standard Bead: Fits into a track on the pool wall.
  • Esther Williams / Johnny Weissmuller: Used for specific aluminum-wall pools (usually with a larger bead).
  • Wilkes Bead: A specific hook-style bead.
  • Not sure? Send us a close-up photo of your old liner's edge, and we will identify it for you.
How much does shipping cost?

It is 100% Free. We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $74.99. Since InGround pool liners meet this threshold, you won't pay a dime for delivery within the contiguous U.S.
