The PristineBlue Pool Chemical Start-Up Kit is perfect for above-ground or in-ground pools up to 16,000 gallons, providing everything needed to kickstart your chlorine pool with PristineBlue Pool Chemicals.

Included in the kit:

• 32 oz of PristineBlue
• 32 oz of PristineCheck
• 32 oz of PristineClean
• 8 oz of PristineClear
• 4 x 1 lbs bags of PristineExtra
• Pristine Mini Test Kit
• Pristine Test Strips
• Measuring Cup + Water Sample Bottle

Starting Your Pool on PristineBlue® For Chlorine Pools, Spring Openings, or Freshly Filled Pools:

1. Ensure a clean pool and functional equipment, removing debris and vacuuming.
2. Check and ensure the operational status of the pump, heater, and other equipment.
3. Clean or backwash filters and run the filter continuously during the start-up process.

Step 1:

• Calculate pool volume.
• Balance water within the specified ranges:
• Total Alkalinity: 50 - 90 ppm
• pH: 7.2 - 7.6
• Calcium Hardness: 100 - 300 ppm
• Add 2 ounces of PristineCheck® per 1,000 gallons of pool water. Wait 4 - 6 hours.
• Add one pound of PristineExtra® per 10,000 gallons of pool water. Avoid cal-hypo type shocks.

Step 2:

• Backwash the filter or clean the cartridge 24 hours after adding PristineCheck®.
• Test PristineBlue® level and add according to the Pool Top Off Chart if you've used PristineBlue® before. If not, add 2 ounces per 1,000 gallons of pool water.

Maintenance Every Two Weeks:

• Balance water:
• Total Alkalinity: 50 - 90 ppm
• pH: 7.2 - 7.6
• Calcium Hardness: 100 - 300 ppm
• Test PristineBlue® level and top off accordingly.
• Shock with 1 pound of Pristine Power® per 10,000 gallons of water.
• Add 2 ounces of Pristine Clean® and 2 ounces of Pristine Clear® per 10,000 gallons of water.
